Because WiFi passwords are often typed by hand into phones and smart-TVs, this generator excludes ambiguous characters (0/O, 1/l/I) by default so they're easier to enter without mistakes.
Always use WPA3 encryption if your router supports it, or WPA2 (AES) as a fallback. Avoid the older WEP and WPA standards — they can be cracked in minutes regardless of how strong your password is.
